We live in a society that loves to save money, and when restaurants and food manufacturers try to save it, we end up paying for it with our health.

Where To Start:

So you are here looking to improve your health but don’t know where to start. The goal of this blog is to take all of the loads of information you have heard and show you exactly how to implement this into your life.

STEP 1: (For weight loss, gain, and general health improvement)

-Read the page on Trans Fat. Trans fat is the absolute biggest issue in our average diet and if you were to change one thing, it should be this

-Read the page on High Fructose Corn Syrup. This is another ingredient in so much of our food and if you were to change a second this, it really should be this

-Watch Simplistic Destruction 2. This will give you an overview on what direction you should be heading with your diet.

Step 3: (For weight loss, gain, and general health improvement)

-Read on the Paleolithic Diet. This is the absolute best eating plan one can follow and is what area I am most advocating.

-Read on the ways to properly Bulk Up safely without loading yourself with junk food.
